Heresy 2.0 has landed.
With that, comes a bucket load of expectation, excitement and a general buzz of giddiness that has been building with all the hype surrounding the new edition as information trickled out these last few weeks and months.
It's here now though and that means fantastic new models and all the excitement that comes with starting a new army!
Of course, me being me, I've jumped right in at the deep end and ordered the new MKVI marines in the starter box, along side some other goodies including the cool map below:
Now I just have to decide how I'm going to build and paint up the kits...
I'm still undecided as to whether or not build the whole lot as a single legion or go half and half and build two legions instead. What's more is I have both the Betrayal at Calth and the Burning of Prospero boxes to build and paint along side the new edition stuff, so enough for a full legion or couple of armies should I choose.
Right now I'm leaning towards Imperial Fists and or Alpha Legion, so the other day I painted up an Imperial Fist test model to try out a method of painting yellow.
Ignore the fact that It's actually a Blood Angels model but it was all I had close by and primed to hand...
Really excited to have all the new stuff arrive and see the kits in person, maybe I'll have decided on a Legion by then!

My Heresy 2.0 goodies have arrived! I think it's safe to say that I've got a fair bit to get working on...
